Green coffee beans are not yet roasted. Some customers wish to store coffee for longer periods of time, then roast it locally to their own specifications.

These beans should be stored in a cool and dry location; optimal conditions woulkd be 65 degrees F and 65% humidity maximum. They should be roasted within 1 year for optimal taste.
